Messy Girls Guide to Health

I know it is nothing new that people around the world are trying to eat healthier. I honestly have a weight problem because 1. I am always hungry 2. I have a real big sweet tooth and 3. I just don't have time to be 100% health conscious every single day. So I am going on my health journey with you guys. If anyone wants to follow my progress, I am using an app called myfitnesspal.
